Section 41 and Appendix 4 to the Executive Order on Driving Licenses contain the following rules for breaks.
- Break for more than 3 months before section 7 (Maneuver on the way) in syllabus, you have to start all over again.
- Break in between 3 and 4 months from section 7, start at section 7.
- Break more than 4 months, before passed the theory test, start all over again.
- Break in between 3 - 5 months or more, you have to take 4 x 45 min. lessons from section 7 as a repetition.
- Break of 5 months or more, start all over gain and pass a new theory test.
